In every project, we follow through a process to make sure the design progress smoothly and every client get the most of their design requirements. Here are the steps we will do:
Next steps would be to schedule an initial call with us here. The purpose of this call is to confirm that we’re a good fit to work together, discuss the project timeline (depending on your goals and our availability) and then we’ll send over the proposal for you to sign as well as our “get started” pack.
We like to keep it simple. You’ll make a 50% deposit upon signing the proposal, and
the remaining 50% upon completion of the project.
Every interior design project takes 4 weeks, but if you decide to go for extra add ons, it might take longer.
We can start depending on our next available slot and when we receive the questionnaire from you.
We consider a revision to be any single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation to the chosen concept. This could be something like changing the color scheme, testing out a different font, or tweaking the logo design to be more in line with what you’re after.
Though this is very rare, it can happen sometimes. Since we pride ourselves on providing a great experience, what we do at this point is to jump on a call armed with visual references to get really clear on what you’re after. Following this, we will create a new concept, and you’ll still have 1 round of revisions to tweak if necessary. So far, none of our clients have needed more than this to be fully happy with this, but if necessary, we can make extra revisions at our rate of $85/h.
The first thing you’ll be asked to do is to fill out our branding questionnaire which takes on average 30 mins to complete. Then we suggest you set aside 45 mins for each time we send over designs (3x), so you can have time to let the designs sink in and put together your feedback
